Have you seen the windmills of ILOCOS NORTE? They are a MARVEL to watch! I could not help but praise the vision of BONGBONG MARCOS! He does not have to talk about his LOVE for the environment, the WINDMILLS will do the TALKING for him!

For this, he gets my vote and support for his senatorial candidacy!

If you have the chance, go to ILOCOS NORTE and see MODERN TECHNOLOGY at WORK!!!
