CULTURE is about how we live
our lives; how we think, speak and behave. When we do all these with positive values, then we live a culture of peace. It brings benefit to the self and others.

PEACE means much more than the absence of war. Peace is considered as a set of values, attitudes and modes of behaviour promoting the peaceful settlement of conflict and the guest for mutual understanding.

PEACE is a way of being, doing
and living in society that can be taught, developed, and best of all, improved upon.

PEACE is living in harmony amidst diversity where and when we adopt a common platform of positive values.

PEACE is not only the absence of conflict, but requires a positive, dynamic participatory process where dialogue is encouraged and conflict are solved in a spirit of mutual understanding and co-operation. The power of PEACE is to change future headlines from “Violence Increases, Again” to “Violence Diminishes"

DigitalMabuhay.com joins the Mindanao Week of Peace 2009 which commenced yesterday November 26 to promote tranquility and harmony in the Land of Promise. However, we are all aware of what happened in Maguindanao days before the WoP, the whole world amalgamates condemning the brutal killings yet we are still more than just hopeful that Peace in Mindanao will still always prevail because DM Online Community believes that peace does not only mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or war. Peace means to be in the midst of all those things and still be calm in our hearts.
